News & Events at the Estate
A living record of everything happening above the vineyard — tastings timed to the light, dinners built around the harvest, and evenings the whole estate turns out for. Some repeat by the week. Some come once a year.
A stay at Emporia rarely ends at check-out.
It continues in the winery, in the glass gallery, on the terrace after the sun has gone down. This calendar is our attempt to write it down — the recurring evenings, the seasonal ones, and the rare nights the whole estate turns out for. New chapters are added as the year moves through the vineyard; nothing here is fixed except the address.
Once a year, the estate slows to the rhythm of the harvest. Guests are invited into the rows at first light — to pick, to taste, and to watch the first press of a vintage that will carry this season's name. It is the one week of the year the winery, not the pool, sets the pace of the whole estate.

Before the day's heat settles in, a guided walk through the Imperial Vineyards ends with a short, unhurried tasting — three wines, one view, and the estate at its stillest.
Enquire to AttendThe estate at its most sociable — cellar doors open, families on the vineyard trail, nothing rushed.

A gentle trail through the vineyard for guests travelling with children — grape tasting for the grown-ups, a scavenger hunt among the rows for the rest.
Enquire to AttendThe hour the whole estate seems built for — glasses catch the light, and the valley turns amber.

A single table, set beside still water and candlelight, for anniversaries, proposals, and evenings that deserve their own chapter.
